I am based in Austin and host from a cozy and discreet location in Northwest Austin. I am also happy to meet you at a 4+ star hotel of your choosing within a 30 minute drive of Austin. Private residence meetings are reserved for established friends only.

Screening is absolutely required and non negotiable. Any personal information I receive will be kept private and treated with discretion.

Please provide at least one of the following:

• 2 references from previous companions you have seen within the last 6 months. You must provide links to their websites or ads. Random names, phone numbers, twitter profiles, or email addresses will not be sufficient for screening.

• A photo of you holding your id next to your face with full name and birth date clearly visible. All other sensitive info may be hidden, but the required info must be clear and easy to read.

• Your P411 id with at least 2 active and recent okays within the last year.

I do not accept LinkedIn pages alone as a screening method, but feel free to send it along with one of my required methods.

Please have your investment ready in an unsealed envelope.

If you are visiting me, please place it on the kitchen counter immediately upon entering at the start of our date.

If I am visiting you, please have it placed discreetly but easy to find in the bathroom upon my arrival.

If we are meeting in public, you may have the offering in a gift bag, a book, or other creative yet discreet method. Please be sure to present it at the start of our date.

Additional cash gifts in addition to the investment are not expected but always appreciated!

I will always respect your privacy. Please also respect mine. If we should see each other outside of our scheduled time, I will not acknowledge our acquaintance unless otherwise discussed and okayed beforehand. I expect the same courtesy.

If you are running late notify me ASAP. Our time will end as scheduled unless otherwise negotiated. The full amount will be expected for the time booked. Please do your best to accommodate for traffic and finding my location if you visit me.

If you need to cancel for any reason, please notify me as soon as possible.

Cancellations with less than 36 hours notice will incur a 25% fee.

Cancellations the day of will incur a 50% fee.

No shows will incur 100% of the scheduled amount.

Please plan to arrive on time unless otherwise agreed upon. If you arrive more than 5 minutes early to my location, please wait in your car and send me a text to let me know you have arrived. On rare occasions, I may be able to begin our date a bit earlier than planned, but please do not assume that is the case. I do not reside at my hosting location and if you arrive too early, it’s possible I may not even be there yet. I prefer to maintain discretion, so loitering by the entrance waiting for me to buzz you in early it’s not appropriate, nor is following someone else into the building and coming into my unit before our scheduled time. Please remain in your vehicle until I have let you know that I’m ready to buzz you in to my building. If you arrive early to a dinner date or other outing feel free to grab a table and a drink/appetizer while you wait for me to arrive.

Do you enjoy tantalizing attire? A fun costume? Or maybe something more laid back and casual? Special requests are always welcome. I will do my best to accommodate if it is available in my wardrobe. I also enjoy wearing anything you’d like to gift to me from my wishlist. If you have a request not listed on my wishlist, please link it to me to get my approval before purchasing.

Currently, deposits are only required for dates 4+ hours, DMTY, FMTY, or if you have a history of cancelling last minute or no showed in the past.

A deposit of 25% is required for all of the above circumstances.

Cash is preferred, but I also offer Zelle.

Other digital methods may be offered to long time established friends on a case by case basis.

I am a fully sober girlfriend. For health reasons I do not drink alcohol or imbibe any substances. I am however, comfortable and happy to be around those that do as long as the individual remains respectful, responsible, and coherent. If you want to bring a smile to my face, providing a non alcoholic option such as sparkling grape/apple, sparkling water, non alcoholic wines, or other mocktail options so I may cheers with you is always appreciated. I also accept nice bottles of wine or liquor as a gift for me to stock my private home bar for guests. My hosting location also offers a few alcoholic and non alcoholic options.

While I appreciate a short and sweet note left in my love notes section or in text/email post date, I am not a fan of our personal time being detailed out in a public forum. As such, I do not participate in review culture.
